Default ToG Application

From Star Wars galaxies, I played City Of Heroes and got the expansion City Of Villians. I did this as a gap filler, before World Of Warcraft came out.

I played WoW with Soga until just before Burning Crusade came out, in which time I took a break and tried EQ2, DaoC and even went back to SWG to see what the "Combat Upgrade" was like.

I returned to WoW for a short time in BC, getting to level 70, then took another break, as most of my friends were taking a break at the same time. I went back to EQ2 and SWG, with the Station Pass and saw a totally new SWG, with the NGE that Sony put in place.

I then tried Warhammer, which did not really grab me, for one reason or another. I then played WoW again, with the new expansion (WOTLK) and raided all of the new 25 man content, including upto Hodir in Ulduar. The guild I was in then broke up and ended up folding, which is when I pulled the pin on WoW again and have been looking forward to Champions Online and next year am eagerly awaiting for The new Bioware Star Wars game, The Old Republic to come out.

I have heard of ToG and seen many ToG members in the above mentioned games that I have played, and its time to join a mature, well established community to enjoy my MMO gaming, from older games that people may still play, to those I probably have not even heard of.

My best mate has recently been accepted into your ranks (Cheeseman) and I did game with some ToG members in EQ2. (Not sure of their game names in EQ2 as it was a while ago, but Lanfer and Rottee (Was leader in EQ2 for ToG I think)spring to mind who happened to be ex SOGA's like me).

I hope to be successful in joining your ranks and if successful, look forward to catching up with you all, in Champions Online, or maybe even one of the older MMO's that I have been thinking about re-activating over the last couple of weeks.

I feel that ToG will be a great home for my gaming, due to gaming with like minded and mature people. (I love the 25+ age restriction and I know that this is adhered to, unlike some other guilds who claim to be just 18+)

Sorry All - I hit submit instead of preview and did not see my intro was missing:

G'day All,
My name's Dan and I live in Melbourne.
I have been playing MMO's since 2003, when Star Wars Galaxies came out.
I was on the Valcyn server with Soga Mijizi and played my much loved TK/Doc, until the time came to get a second account and try and unlock my Jedi Slot. I just missed out, before Sony changed to the force sensitive system and finally got my Jedi with a round of force sensitive tests.

Apologies for that.
