Pls advise how to gain an invitation to join the above in Guild Wars Factions.

I've been playing for 6 months

I am very concerned about the abuse that abounds in Guild Wars by players.
There is obviously very little monitoring.
I have disciplined many for the foulest language, bullying & worse.
One of my own characters was hounded by a Canadian Lesbian.

My experience as a major disciplinarian at high school . A Co Director that
apparently put the fear of God into many a manager & general manager also put me in good stead. Yet I am anything but a killjoy & appreciate a litttle good natured mischief provided no-one suffers unduly.

I enjoy good jokes (as did my students)..preferably either silly or more highbrow
and sometimes just a litlle bit naughty..

I taught classes of 60, 16 yr old students.They had a good time & all did well in their O levels. You could hear a pin drop in lessons..halfway thro I'd tell the worst joke..a signal they had 10 mins to chat & relax..

Unfortunately Teaching/Education is far removed from meritocracy..as many of you will know

This might explain the current continuing plummeting standards..

Senior Officials refusing to comment on my observations in open forum confirmed later under cover at Coffee Breaks....That was 1979..

I view current educationalists with a shudder..Usually their second sentence confirms all..providing they can string

There appear to be some inconsistencies with your application for TOG. You claim to be an "educationalist" (perhaps the word you were after was "educator"), yet your application is full of spelling and grammar mistakes, and appears to be written by someone considerably younger than you state. If I had to guess, I would suggest that you are actually one of the sixteen year old students that you claim you teach.
