[DONE] TOG application - pick me, i'm a great fit

Kia ora and hi there!

Here is my application for TOG. I have broken it down for ease of reading. Feel free to post any questions you may have, i'll get back to them as soon as possible.

Why TOG?

I am putting up this post as an application to join TOG, particularly for Aion. I came across a recruiting post on Aionsource from one of your members and thought 'hey, those guys sound like me!'. That is, TOG appears to be well organized, deliberate and focused in their gaming whilst understanding life/family/work balance is important too. That sometimes, for whatever reason, you'll not be able to make that raid or storm that keep. Being in a guild that understands this would be a HUGE relief.

What can I offer TOG?

In return I offer my skill set as a player who at every challenge tries to better themselves. A player who will farm and/or run dungeons for guildees when needed. A player who will act responsibly and appropriately with the TOG label in all forums. A player after the 50th raid wipe will still smile and say 'damn that was fun, we're one wipe closer to success!' (then probably follow-up with 'it's been a hell expensive 50 wipes but still fun' lol)

A little about me:

I'm 28 and live in New Zealand. I hold a 9-5 desk job in the public sector which while not a barrel of laughs day in and day out pays the bills. When I'm not at work I like to go to the gym, do kickboxing (alot!), read and of course play video games. I also work as a part time boxing fitness instructor at a local gym. I'm also engaged to and will be tying the knot with 'she who likes to put me in my place' sometime over the next several years.

Which game do I want to play with TOG?

I'd like to play Aion with TOG. Possibly a choosing a Templar or I will continue with my Assassin from beta. Not too sure yet.

What was the first console game I played?

Hmmm...Pong on the Atari was the first I think. Before that I remember playing Double Dragon on the arcade. Back when arcade games only cost 20-40 cents...that inflation eh

p.s. 20c Double Dragon was king. I loved it. You can play a flash version now: it's just not the same.
