Hi all
Been playing with a couple of you guys a fair bit on Battlefield 2142 lately and decided that I would like to join your clan if that's ok. I like squad based games and am really impressed on your teamwork in game, plus it's nice to talk to people of the same age without having to worry about trying to translate a pre-pubescent voice over gunfire!!
I'm a 30 year old CAD manager who pulled his first Pentium apart about 2 hours after I got it and have been tinkering, building computers ever since. I have 3 computers at the mo, my gamer (duo e6420(O.C to 3.0MHz, 4gig ddr2 800, Zotac 260 amp!, xfi gamer), media centre and laptop. My new toy (i7 920, corsair 6gig 1600, Gigabyte GA-EX58-EXTREME, + g card and s card from old machine) is hopefully only 2 weeks away....that's if the better half doesn't put a stop to it. She keeps muttering about saving for a wedding or something.........I don't really hear her as I'm to focused on picking my new computer parts!!
I'm really into my battlefield games and focus most of my online gaming on BF2 and BF 2142. With BF3 and Modern warfare 2 around the corner, I would say it's going to be a great year for online shooters!
