Application (Aion)
Hello!
I found TOG through the Aion Source forums. in particular the post by "Bunni" there. I am going to be playing Aion as my only MMO for the forseable future and decided that i wanted to be a part of a group of gamers who shared the same outlook as myself and understood the problems that having a family with 2 kids under 8 can bring! I have grown tired of the constant achieve, achieve, achieve at all costs mentality and want my gaming life to be fun again. A little history. I'm old enough to have built my own ZX81 back in the day, progressing onto the ZX Spectrum 48k, the 128k, then (believe it or not) I was the person who bought the +3!! Soon set my camp in the Amiga side of the computer world (pffft at the ST) then progressed into my first PC... Oh the power in a 133Mhz machine! I've been gaming on all of those platforms from Manic Miner to Age of Conan most recently and have a fairly broad taste. I love FPS but I really do fail hard at them so tend to stay single player. MMO's are more my style. I prefer being a part of a whole to achieve rather than the be huge hero. Real people and real teamwork beats it all. I will be in the EU and will have 2-4 hours to play on weekdays, unfortunately never on a Saturday (I have to give my partner some of my time!  ) and sometimes on a Sunday evening.I hope to hear from you soon. |
