Greetings to all!

I was very happy to stumble upon you folks over on the aionsource.com forums.
It is just so daunting to see all the "hard-core only" gamer guild listings over there!

My video game addiction started back with an old pong system that I played on a black and white television. Then Atari 2600 came along! I still played on that old b/w tele though. When my folks gave me permission to play on the color set I was in heaven. From there I graduated to a Radioshack Color Computer. I was obsessed with any and all text based adventures I could get my hands on. Anyone else remember "Bedlam" ?? Next came Sega and then Playstation! Final Fantasy and Resident Evil were favorites.

My first MMO was City of Heroes. I have been playing over there for almost 5 years now and, sad to say, I'm getting a bit bored. That's where Aion comes in. What an absolutely beautiful game.

For my non-pixel-related life ...

I work full-time as a logistics attendant for a major Telcom company here in the states. This past December I completed a 20 month program and am now a Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts.

Since the beginning of this year, I have been searching for my very first home to purchase. It's been a months long process so far and I have yet to find a property well suited to me needs and personality.

Sometimes life's pleasures take a back-seat to life's necessities and I find some younger folks may not have the experience to understand that. Video games are my stress release of choice; therefore, I'm hoping to find other like-minded mature gamers who appreciate that time is valuable and that free-time is priceless.

I'd be playing some nights after work and weekends when I haven't any massage appointments.

Looking forward to seeing other TOG members in Aion!

Welcome and enjoy your time with TOG! The Aion Division is going to have a strong presence and should be a good one to be apart of. Even though you are getting a bit tired of City of Heros drop by their Division you may find a few new friends to play with and bring life back to a game you have played for so long.
