Hello to all of you wonderful veteran games
My name is Jake, and I'm 25 years old (lucky me huh? :P), stumbling around the lands of Denmark.
I recently (well if you count 6 months ago recent) acquired myself a bachelor degree in advanced computer science, and such am currently trying to find myself a way into the gaming industry. I am a gamer by heart and in my spare time I'm developing my own puzzle game in something called Wintermute. (Maybe some of you know of it)

Beyond that my non-computer related interests (sounds weird I know, but stick with me here) include motorcycles and old american muscle cars, my favorite being the 1979 Pontiac Transam, which I will hopefully one day get parts bought for so I can begin building my own.
As for motorcycles, I dont have a particular favorite, but I like brands such as Dragstar, Virrago etc..you know..choppers

Other than that I attend the gym 3 times a week to be physically active..gross, I know and uhm..yeah..I'm generally a quiet easy-going guy who dont take many things seriously. I have a bad habit of devious though in a joking fashion...you know "tee hee gotcha ".

What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?

At the moment I'm looking to play EVE Online, maybe at some point Aion, depending on how that turns out.
Global Agenda looks nice too (the game isnt out yet)....and if at all possible (provided its a feature they add) the new Mechwarrior thats currently in production. I'm a huge Mechwarrior fan

What was the first gaming console you own or pen and paper game you played?

Uhm, the first gaming station of any kind I had was a commodore 64, but before that I used to visit my neighbor to play on their Atari 800. They had this really cool pacman'ish game, and a huge TV (for that time), so had tons of fun with that.

As for pen & paper games, I did the classic thing of playing D&D when I got in my early teens, which I miss. So if anyone out there still plays D&D and need another player, hook me up! Please! I miss D&D

Why do you want to join TOG?

Well I've played EVE Online for 5 years or so by now..and uhm, yeah I've been in many different places, from small to big places.
My first really major experience was being in Mercenary Coalition back in the day, fighting I.A.C, then later BoB etc etc. I was in MC for over a year until it disbanded.
Then I was in a BoB pet alliance at some point, called X13, where we tried to do an assault on SoT and PL, which failed horribly due to poor planning.

Then I was in -A- for 6 months, in the corporation known as The Collective, and I had planned for that to be my last corp in EVE, but then some internal issues occured, and I was kicked out.
To this day I'm not entirely sure what happened..but thats another reason why I want to join TOG.

While age is no guarentee, I'm hoping that for the most part TOG will be "mature" enough to be straight forward with people, keep them informed and not have random insane fits of complete retardation...pardon the language, but I cant think of any other way to describe my experience.
All in all, I want a home, not just another EVE experience.
