Hey there folks,

I ran across the post by Rourke01 in the Champions Online forums and thought this group sounded like a good time!

So...

• Games you are currently playing or wish to play with TOG

I'm excited about the prospect of joining some mature gamers in the Omega Guard SG in CO. I've played a few MMOs (primarily WoW, CoX) and having a nice, non-aggressive group of folks to game with is a huge plus.

Beyond that, I've become primarily an Xbox 360 gamer (wife likes me better on the couch where we can converse and she can watch me getting fragged...) In fact, one of the big draws of CO is the potential for the Xbox version. I enjoyed COD4 a ton and hope to join some TOG folks when MW2 goes live for some friendly matches. Been playing Madden online with chums for years now. I enjoy the Bioware single player RPGs (lately Mass Effect, looking forward to Dragon Age) too. So many great games, not nearly enough time.

• Information about yourself

I live in the Bay Area, California and am married to a girl who's a pretty darn good Rock Band bassist and handy with a Lego Star Wars blaster... she's very tolerant of my gaming passions. That said, with my job, travel, and personal life, gaming happens when I can make it happen.

• Information about your gaming history (i.e. first gaming console, or pen and paper game, etc)

Atari 2600 and the C-64 got me started right as a kiddo... not to be a codger, but man, games were fun when they had to focus on the gameplay 'cause the memory was less than a digital watch's. Well, except for that ET game.

• Why you'd like to join TOG

Be great to play with a group of folks that enjoy games, bring some smarts, and understand the family / work / it's sunny outside thing! Plus someone here's gotta remember playing Warlords with those paddles, a bunch of buddies, and some Cheetos.

• Anything else you'd like to share
