Default Introduction for nthnaoun

Hello TOG Community,

My name is Nathan, but you all can call me Nate if you prefer. I'm a 28, almost 29 year old, who is married and has one 7 year old son. I live in Evans, GA, and I am a student at University of Phoenix. My major is Accounting, and I've earned a AA in Criminal Justice already.

My very first game was probably Mario Brothers 3 on Nintendo. I wasn't really allowed to play video games, even that one, so I didn't get into the earlier consoles. In fact, the Nintendo was for my step father (at the time), so I rarely got to play it. When I say rarely, I mean I probably played it 3 times.

I'd say I seriously got into gaming when the PS2 was released. I got into roleplaying games, because I love to have complete control over how my character develops. I like being able to choose what armor I am to wear too. I got into PC games soon after, starting immediately with the MMORPG genre. My first games of PC was DAOC, Motor City Online, and M&M IX (I think). I've been a gamer ever since.

My gaming portfolio includes practically every MMO released in the western market, that came out as a P2P game. The more freedom in a MMO the better. The genre has changed a lot since I first started playing, most notably the caliber of community playing them. This is why I apply for TOG. I'd love to game with people my own age and maturity level. People who are respectful and well mannered.

I'm a pretty open person, so if you all have questions, please ask. I prefer to keep personal questions to email, because I lack the trust in random internet browsers to see personal information about myself. Thanks.

Nate
