[DONE] Reintroduction and Application

Hello all.

I have been an inactive and silent member here since 2006. I am just now getting back around to TOG and with the changes to the group from what I had remembered, I thought it would be best if I reintroduced myself and applied for full membership - providing that wasn't already granted to me the first time.


About Me:

1. What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG? I currently play World of Warcraft and will soon be playing Aion as well. I have been playing WoW since March 2005.
2. What was the first gaming console you owned or pen and paper game you played? I first began gaming on the Atari with Joust, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Pong, etc. After that, I tinkered around with a C64 for awhile; Blackhawk was my game of choice there. I dabbled with the Nintendo systems (from the original on up) occassionally with friends, but didn't own the earlier consoles myself. When I hit highschool, my husband (who was just a friend then) introduced me to AD&D 1st edition, and Marvel. Eventually our gaming group included GURPS and a few others. Since then, we have gone on to adopt Stargate SG-1 and Everquest II in their dice-chucking versions, World of Warcraft: which has been our only MMORPG up to this point, and the Wii. We ran PS2 games (LOTRs mostly) for a short while. We are now expanding once again to include Aion in our gaming repertoire.
3. Why do you want to join TOG? I have a long history as a gamer, I enjoy making gamer friends, I appreciate a great deal of gamer culture that I have discovered not many non-gamers appreciate at all, and it's always nice to hang out with and learn from people of similar interests/ages/personalities. Having been a part of the WoW community for so long, I have been fortunate to make good friends out of gamers I met through the game. I firmly believe that you can never have too many friends - especially when it comes to epic raids!
4. Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share. Honestly, I think that about covers it all. If there is anything else anyone would like to know, please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer any questions. My characters are listed in my profile information, and I try to keep their online profiles through the various sites up to date (RPGOutfitter, Allakhazam, Magelo, and of course, WoW Heroes, WoW Ranked, and the WoW Armory). Please feel free to give them all the once-over. I will update to include my Aion characters as they are available.
