- Gaming history -
Well, where do I start. In terms of MMO history I started with EverQuest back in 2000 where I got thoroughly sucked into a dynamic online world for the first time. Played EQ for around three years and had a fantastic time. I've been chasing the same sense of community since and i'm still searching.

In regards to the rest of my gaming interests, they fall quite broadly. I'm a game developer in my working life so I'm pretty much absorbed by the industry at all times. Team Fortress 2, Street Fighter 4 and Rock Band are all have regular lunchtime sessions and we are currently conducting a 'Lionheads Iron Man of Gaming' competition spanning seven different genres.

What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG
Mostly Aion at the moment. Although I wouldnt be averse to dipping into other games occasionally to break up the time.

What was the first gaming console you own or pen and paper game you played
Atari ST

Pretty rare amongst my friends, the ST was pretty underated and eventually became the weapon of choice for many music producers in the early 90s. Lotus Turbo Challenge 2, Turrican 2 and New Zealand Story were all great titles and I'll defend the ST to my grave.

In terms Pen and Paper RP it was unfortunately never part of my childhood and the first experience I had of Roleplaying in any form was when I joined EQ. However RP as a whole interests me greatly and I usually choose RP servers in any MMOs I play due to their typically higher level of maturity. I used to be a part of an EQ RP guild that organised their owns quests for the server and gave out prizes. They were some of my most enjoyable moments in gaming.

A little bit about me...
I'm currently living in Guildford in Surrey where I work for Lionhead Studios as a producer on Microsofts most impressive upcoming Natal project. I work pretty long hours towards the end of projects and towards the end of Fable 2 I was doing around the 70 hour mark every week.

I want to join a guild such as TOG so I can play with like minded people that appreciate that life does have commitments that require attending to. The general age and mentality of the average MMO player has dropped drastically after the launch of WoW and i'm really struggling to find a great guild and as we come full circle a good sense of community.

I hope you consider my application and that we can live long and prosperous careers as inhabitants og Aion.
