What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?

Currently playing the USA version of DDO (as it's free) with my RL RPG friends every monday (Ghallandra server)

Was playing EVE until i got bored after my corp split up and i wasn't going to keep paying for 3 accounts and not play (but kept my skills training till the sub ran out )

Am currently playing Aion (Gorgos) and i think i saw some of your guys running around but thought you were an offshoot of YOGS (to my shame i know)

But the reason i am applying is after i went back to the FE forums to check out how things were going. I am looking at playing FE but i fished out for Aion so i'm a bit concerned about the outcome of playing it. I was in the FE Beta (Farstrider if anyone had the unfortunate pleasure of my company) and i enjoyed it to a point. Just a bit concerned how it turned out as i didn't play it for the last month as i was moving house and i never got to see it pre-launch.

In fact most MMO's i've played, but gotten bored as i don't have anyone to play it with.


What was the first gaming console you own or pen and paper game you played?

First gaming console was an Atari (i think. i was about 5yo at the time), however i played 2nd Ed DnD when i was at school. Still play 3.5 Ed to this day as well (4th Ed sucks )


Why do you want to join TOG?

I've actually looked at joining you guys (and girls) for a while but never gotten round to it/had enough time/always been in another Multigaming group.

I've always wanted to join a multigame alliance as it's the people you play with that makes the game not necessarily the game itself (although, it does help if no one else is on) however the multigame alliances have been in are ones i've help sent up and failed due to numbers, or ones that have ended badly due to friction internally (before i arrived, i'll have you know).


Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.

I am married (for my sins) so accurate gaming times will be hard to do as it really depends of the "better" half's mood (i.e. how many cups of tea i have to make her). Most of the time i can spend the evening on the computer and especially if i was playing EVE as i could just leave my miners to go at it while i chatted to her. This also makes for VERY abrupt log-offs as she does have a tendency to just unplug my comp (and/or the router) if she thinks i've been on too long.

I'm 28 (at the writing of this) and i live in Bedfordshire, UK. I'm a Civil Engineer and i'm a game-aholic.

If i had only one character slot, i'd usually play a crafter. One, i like making things both in and out of game and Two, it means i can queue things up and then keep the missus entertained. (very useful)

Welcome to TOG Biggus, always good to have another U.K. gamer on board!

I sympathise with the SWMBO issues mate........Along with SWMBO I now have two little rugrats who are almost as demanding!

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy MMOing with TOG, and if you feel like some FPS action please drop down and say "Hi" in the Mars forum. We have a great bunch of Euro/North American players who meet up for a few headshots, TKs, and some laughs on Teamspeak.
