This application pertains to the MMO Fallen Earth. However, I do still play some other games TOG is involved in. Most notably, Battlefield 2142.
I'm a 31 year old single male from Wisconsin, USA. My name is Brian, but I've been using Tristik since I started playing MMO's, and found the name to never be taken even in high-population games so I stuck with it.
My normal play times are Midnight to 6 a.m. Central Standard Time (6 a.m. - 12 p.m. GMT) during the week. Weekends find me on at almost any time depending on what's going on.
So, I came across a post from Swifthawk (FE) on the Fallen Earth clan recruitment forums. Checked out the site and saw you guys are HUGE! I'd usually steer clear of larger clans, but your rules and motto's put TOG apart from others.
I'm usually involved with a group of gamers from a clan/guild called Crimson Alliance. I've been with them for about 8 years and many of their gamers have been playing MMO's since Ultima Online came out (1997ish). Unfortunately, many of them are still enveloped in World of Warcraft, or have real life commitments that keep them from online gaming right now, so I came to FE alone.
I remember Pong, and my dear old ColecoVision. I was a bit later then most I know in getting a computer. My first computer game was "So You Want To Be A Hero?". My first MMO was Star Wars Galaxies, about a year before the Combat Update. I've played many of them over the years, although many for not longer than a month or two (Tabula Rasa, Vanguard, WAR, EVE, SWG, WoW, AoC).
As far as voice chat goes, I work in a factory, and I'm single. So, I have a tendency to swear a bit, and not even realize I'm doing it. I've caught myself more than a few times doing it around my friends kids. At which point I slapped myself and started thinking about what I was saying a bit more, heh.
Um, yeah, guess that's it for now. Hope to hear from one of ya soon. As much fun as I'm having just running around playing (and helping people in the help channel), it won't be long before I miss having some folks to chat with while I'm playing.

P.S. The tildes are a forum habit I've had forever. Almost like a signature. I do it without even thinking about it. Hope that's not a problem.
