Hello!

My name's Dave, I'm 45 and live in the UK. I've been an avid gamer since a kid, starting out with a "Pong" console, followed by other consoles then computers like the ZX80 (and Spectrum), C64, Amiga and finally the ubiquitous PC.

I've played most genres of games over the years but mainly stick to mmorpgs nowadays. I've tried most of the popular ones out there - Everquest 1 & 2, City Of Heroes, Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, Dungeons & Dragons Online, Vanguard, Age Of Conan, Warhammer Online and the one I'm currently playing: Lord Of The Rings Online.

I met a nice group of people while playing D&DO and we formed our own guild called The Free Company which we continued with in various games - the most recent being LOTRO. Unfortunately, numbers have declined over the years and so I've decided to move on!

Two TOG members who were in The Free Company (Dorrin and Forbin) recommended you guys. So, here I am!

Apart from video/pc gaming I've also dabbled in boardgaming (war/strategy) and am a big fan of the Warhammer 40k universe. I mainly just read the 40k books these days as my girlfriend - for some strange reason - quickly got tired of the forces of chaos invading her living room!

Anyway, hope to meet some of you in-game soon!
