This is the first post from this User ID. If you have previously posted information about yourself, did you originally sign up with another account? If you have your character name then I can always search to see what user ID you used before if you have lost the details. Afraid I don't have the access rights to check the actual status of this account, nor can I fix it, but thought I would chip in to save the mods some time
