TOG - The Older Gamers

Hello,

My name is Michael, I live in Melbourne, Victoria (Australia). I have heard from TOG through some work-friends (Justin Kace and Peco) and would very much like to join this network of mature gamers, as I have heard many a good thing about TOG.

I have been a computer geek since the later eighties, my first PC was a 386 (complete with turbo button

) on which i played Mechwarrior, LHX and Commander Keen amongst others. I had other computers before this, an Amiga 500, prior to that a C64. I never have been a console fan although I do own a SNES (safely tucked away in a box somewhere) and had a Playstation in the mid nineties.

I've played many mmorpgs since 1999, main ones are Ultima Online, then Anarchy Online, followed by SWG, a year's long stint in WoW, then Vanguard (which i still play occasionally). Inbetween I also play Eve online 6 months on/6 months off.
Somewhere inbetween I played Everquest 2. but not for long.

non-mmo wise online games, I play Supreme Commander, Company of heroes, Left 4 Dead and occasionaly some golden oldies with friends back in Europe (an example is Age of Mythology!)

I am currently playing Fallen Earth, which I am liking very much (I'm a big Fallout fan) and I am hoping to join TOG to join the ranks of the TOG clan in Fallen Earth

I see myself as easygoing and try to take a mature approach to any MMO I join, and enjoy playing online games with other mature, adult players.

For what it's worth from me, he's a decent bloke and get's my thumbs up.

When you get a chance can you drop by our Fallen Earth forum and post in our Post Here If Interested in Fallen Earth sticky listing your toons. It helps those ingame to track down new members to invite them...and also enables us to have a reasonably accurate idea of how many toggers are interested in Fallen Earth.
