[DONE] hello im a new member need help please

hello to all who reads this I have been put onto tog by a fellow tog BonGo I am playing BF 2142 and am interested in playing online with tog I have read and agreed to all terms and conditions on being a tog member and i respect those conditions. Now for the problem i am having if anyone can help me.
Just installed 2142 installed patch 1:5 i am running VISTA home. Everytime i try and load to go online it brings up all the servers then when i try and load a server it loads it then at the end of loading the server it says internet disconected but i am still conected as normal I can play offline no problems but online is not allowing me to play.
I am currently running AVG anti virus BonGo has come over to try and help but is out of ideas. He has spoken to The Omen and RedGum about my problem and they suggested join tog and ask for help.

Also be sure to check out your welcome thread, its loaded with tips and fun stuff
As for your problem, have you tried installing the 1.41 patch before the 1.5 patch, and have you set all the appropriate permissions to run as administator such as punkbuster A and B?????
If its still a no go jump into the 2142 div and and pop up a post with your problems, and someone will be able to help out.
