Gday all,
Well i currently play DoD and TF2 these days. Used to be a top player in older games like TFC, NS, CS, etc... Loved them conc maps in TFC.
Im from the era of Warcraft and Red Alert played on coax networks with a few mates. You know the one, spend 5hours swapping terminators and T pieces just getting everyone communicating on the damn network, then spend the next 24hrs drinking coke and pummeling each other and rather dismal AI's.
First gaming experiences was the good ol plug into the 12" TV and slot in a casette tape. Favourites are still Sopwith Camel and Alley Cat on the CGA.
Used to play Warhammer with mate too. He had a nice setup in the garage.
Anyway, i have a mate at work who is part of TOG, and have gotten to know a couple of players on a DoD server i play on around 2hrs a day when im not working on my car, thought it would be good to join.
