EU LOTRO /The Order of Gilthoniel
Hello all,
I would like to join EU LOTRO /The Order of Gilthoniel. I am over 25 and have read the FAQ etc My name is Carl, game name Yorkshirepud. I am originally from Yorkshire but live and work in Germany at the moment. As a 40 year old gamer I ought to know better! I have played console and computer games for as long as I can remember starting with an Binatone Pong console (with pistol - we were posh!) and then a year later a shiny Atari 2600. Other machines I have owned, many still here gathering dust are: SNES, N64, dreamcast, PS One, Wii, Xbox360 .... ZX80, ZX81, Spectrums, Atari 400/800/600XL/ST/PC from 8086, 286, 286, 496 etc up to my current 4 core 4Ghz monster, I have always been a fan of text adventures (Interactive Fiction), dipping my toe into Zork and other Infocom classics in the early days. Elite, of course was a key part of my life during O levels!! Now married with a mortage and kids I have many commitments but still enjoy gaming. I enjoyed WoW but these days I just dont have the time for it. I have picked up LOTRO and some friends from WoW have also migrated over. Looking to join an active, mature guild that understands that RL comes first. Salosin by MMO buddy is in your guild. Yorkshirepud |
