Howdy All,

I saw Willa Crafterdo in Fallen Earth; the guild name was beneath the PC name, and I thought, "Why not?" Willa was kind enough to direct me to this site. I would certainly like to join the Fallen Earth Community. I have Ventrilo.

My first game was a board game (well, lol, besides chess which I learned at an early age--10, I think--from my uncle). I forget the name and maker but one could play either as Japan or the USA in the Pacific Theater. One played it with dice and markers, if I recall correctly. I was about 21 at the time. Almost sounds like a Gary Grigsby game I later player in my 30's on the C-64--Pacific War (and the later, War In the Pacific). I liked the games SSI made at that time and had a few C-64s as they seemed to burn out after a few months. The keyboard/PC part got hot and I placed it on an elevated and tilted surface with ventilation. That helped with crashes.

But don't get me started on games. I really enjoyed my C-64. However, I'm more than happy with the PCs they make now

So sure, I wouldn't mind giving TOG a try. My player name in Fallen Earth is Dogen (shamelessly after Dogen Zenji).
