[DONE] Gumball's Application

Hello people of TOG!

I'd like to apply for membership to your fine group. I'm currently playing Star Trek Online, and am hoping to meet you all there. My main character is Oren@Gumball. He's Federation Admiral 5, and done gearing up, so all I'm hoping for really are some mature folks to team up with for space adventures. Once more Klingon content goes live, I hope to start a character there too.

Working out of a home office, my hours to meet and play are extremely flexible. About to turn 30, and I'm trying not to freak out. (Could've sworn I was still 20...) I'm a team player who can follow orders and provide support, or lead a group through a mission if nobody else wants to.

Other online games I play are City of Heroes, and Guild Wars, though I'm on a break from both at the moment. You guys seem to have a presence in those games too, which is pretty cool. There are other MMOs from the past I've played in, but I no longer go back to.

Let's see...the first gaming console I had was an Atari back in the 80's. I don't remember much about it, except for playing Keystone Capers, and a terrible E.T. game. My dad sat with me the first time I played E.T., after playing a bit, I remarked, "This is awful." My dad said he'd take care of it, took the cartridge, and I never saw it again, haha.

I stayed with consoles through the years until the Gamecube/PS2 era, afterwhich I kept mostly to PC gaming and the odd DS game. I've a particular fondness for simulation, and adventure games. Hopefully that's enough info for the application.

Originally, I assumed he was gonna take it back to the store to get a different game, but that didn't happen. Sure, I could've asked him what happened to it, but that would ruin the mystery of the ill-fated cartridge. I like to think he had it fitted for a pair of cement shoes and pushed it off of the pier, hehe.
