Hello to everyone.

I am 43 years old and live in Adelaide, South Australia. I have been playing games for many years. I remember starting with the old Sierra games, then movung onto the Quake games, them the Star Wars Dark Forces games, then many different types if games until now I have landed in the Battlefield 2142 playing field.

My first computer was an Amstrad, then I worked up the line as the technology improved, moving to a 286, 386, 486, 686, Pentium 2,3,4, now I am running an AMD Athlon on a Gigabyte motherboard, with a decent video card. I've still got a long way to go before I get a really good gaming computer, but I can run most current games comfortably.

The majority of my games have been PC based, whilst in my home I have 2 Xbox 360's, 1 WII, 1 PS3 and 5 computers. I still prefer to use the mouse and keyboard when playing games.

I want to join TOG because whilst playing Battlefield 2142, I have come accross TOG Squad members, who have known how to play the game well and fairly. I would like to become a part of a team that plays the game properly, without all the swearing and abuse that can be thrown at you on some of the servers. I have loved been commander on the conquest servers, and have had a lot of success in helping teams win games. I have had to learn how to command with mistakes on the way and its the abuse when you make a mistake that is annoying. I look forward if accepted to working with others that play by a code of conduct.

Being a part of The Older Gamers will be a pleasure, and I would look forward to any constructive comments, guidance and helpful critism that will improve my gameplay in Battlefield.
