About me:
I'm 32, been playing games since I was about 10 I guess (on an Amstrad CPC464, baby!). Played CS and CS:S competitively for a about 5 years from CS1.5 onwards. Member of [FR], which was top 10 ranked in GameArena CS:S ladder for about 18 months. Participated in clan wars 3 or 4 nights a week during this period, as well as the occasional LAN competition. Played BF2 during this period as well (clanless). Got burned out and switched to WoW for a few years. Second in Command of a large raiding guild during the majority of this time, which was basically like having an extra (almost full time) job. Got burned out again, and recently dropped WoW and have gone back to FPS. So I have come full circle… Currently on BF:BC2, along with 3/4 of the planet, it seems. Also play a bit of MW2 when I get the time and the inclination. Non gaming side; I'm married with 2 kids (18 months and 3.5 years). I work as an Engineer at a motor company here in Australia. Between work and kids, that pretty much keeps me busy during daylight hours. What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG? BF:BC2 predominantly, with a side order of MW2 when I feel up to it. BF3 when it comes out! Why do you want to join TOG? I have little patience for mouthy kids and morons. TOG guys have always seemed to be mature and good fun to play with/against, without coming across as elitist wankers or n00bs. I miss the old clan days but can't go back to full time competitive/competition play like I used to. I think TOG will make a good home J Thanks for taking the time to read my app. |
