Greetings OGs.
My name is Adam. I live in Sydney and I'm a programmer/architect at one of the bigger logistics firms in the country, looking after an ordering website with around 200,000 Australian users and shuffling about a billion bucks a year of random junk around the country. I started gaming with a some pen and paper D&D in primary school, and much later at UNSW had the good fortune to scam a 100meg connection to the backbone during the era when the "premium modem gaming" services were the best most people could get access to. This resulted in way too much Team Fortress (original) and the lowest ping clan the country had ever seen  The tendency to be attracted to the more complex games remained, and later I spent most of my spare time for about 2 years building a financial empire in EVE online. I'm hoping to hook up with similarly older people (EVE had a quite high average age) for some Bad Company 2 chicanery.
