Default Introduction: Bragoeser

Information about yourself

Rene is the name, 32 the age and living in Quakers Hill, NSW. Im a nurse, which means shift work. So playing times vary depending on Work and RL schedules.

Gaming History

My earliest memories come from the old Donkey Kong gamewatch portable units. Next is playing Space Invaders and Frogger on Atari. After which I was introduced to PC's, with Zaxxon and Tetris being the staples of my gaming interaction. After migrating to Australia, a whole new world of interactive gaming became more accessible through the internet and LAN via dialups and now into ADSL2+
Multiple gaming genres I do follow. RTS - C&C, Diablo and Stracraft series, DOW and DOW2. RPG - Fallout Series, Black & White. FPS- MechWarrior series, Duke Nukem and Wolfenstien series (although I dont play as much as gives me headaches, too much movement), MMO - WOW(had to cancel subscription though due to financial crisis), Sims - Sims series. Indie - Plants vs Zombies. MOBO - Demigods. Multiple Facebook game applications. Online games - Evony.
Currently playing Settlers 7, DOW2, Blood Bowl. Demigods, Sims 3, C&C4, Empire TW and Sins 3. Looking at playing Battlefield but undecided yet.
Also own or played with multiple gaming consolesand other formats, PSone, PS2, PSP, GameboyAdvance, DS, Xbox360 and Wii and of course D&D rpg.

Why do you want to join TOG

From reading the article in PCPowerplay, I reckon that this is the primary gaming site/guild /clan/legion/group that I can and should be in. As an aging and reasonably responsible gamer I would like to meet like minded adults in a competitive as well as a helpful environment to promote gaming and enjoy it without the often childish banterings that is seen in most games. Most times I require and crave for help as beating the game is my ulimate goal and most of the young uns' just screw you over or snicker in the background as you struggle through the game. As I need help, other people might need my help so I can in return give a positive interaction to the group. Basically I want to join, because I want to belong to a community that will grow with while enjoying the games I love to play.

As for my hotmail account, I accepted this site as a safe site and I do check my junk folder and delete as appropriate.
