Membership Application
Howdy all
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION I’m a Brisbane, QLD, Aus resident looking to maintain a link to a part of my life when gaming involved early AM sessions and a steady supply of beer. Things change and I have moved on but I still wistfully recall those times, especially when I get up early to children who haven’t learned patience or have the ability to get their own breakfast. I will always think of myself as a PC gamer having logged numerous hours on the early (and arguably terrible) Advance D&D collection, Warlords and then through to C&C/Darkreign/Starcraft before hitting on WOW and staying there since inception. Having said that, some of my most cherished memories of gaming involve the lightning on Mario Kart and bouncing grenades in Goldeneye – Nintendo Corp caused quite a lot of swearing from such a polite group of people. I’m hoping Star Craft II will rekindle the enjoyment of RTS and if not I may need to dust off the console again. Until then, there is always WOW in which I cling to a belief there is an achievement for hoarding 500 frost badges. Cheers Missaigon/Rod |
