[DONE] The_Dormouse/ Combat Arms, playing since Zork

Howdy folks, my IGN for Combat Arms is The_Dormouse. I play a lot of Cabin Fever, and I was drawn to the double entendre with the reference from Alice in Wonderland. I've been playing computer/console games since the Atari 2600 and played pen & paper games before that. If you recognize the line, "You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door. There is a small mailbox here.," you'll know where I'm coming from. I'm quite excited to find a community of gamers about my age and who share some of the same values. That's a treat indeed. Finding people who even remember Leisure Suit Larry is an even bigger treat.

I like First Person Shooters, but I don't play Call of Duty or Battlefield Bad Company because my stepson is too good at them. Getting pwned by your kid just sucks (though I have to admit that I taunt him mercilessly that my KDR is better than his). I had to find something to call my own. I used to play Halo & Half Life 2 but they got stale quickly. For some reason Combat Arms keeps me intrigued. I'd like to join a TOG clan on Combat Arms, in part because people my age might actually get my jokes
