Hello, I currently am playing LOTRO, on the Elendilmir server. I am not only applying for membership with The Older Gamers, I also seek membership with the Osgiliath Guard in LOTRO. (My character name there is Celessa too)

I also occasionally like to play in Guild Wars. My other games include Warcraft 3, Starcraft, Diablo, and a lot of different games from Steam. I did play World of Warcraft for 4 years, but I consider myself retired from that game (for now, as we all know, you always go back at some point).

The first gaming console I owned was a Nintendo NES. Actually before that I had my Intellivision, but I'm not sure if that was considered to be a console. I still have them, along with the other consoles I acquired along the way.

I'd like to join TOG, to find other like-minded players that don't mind I am in my forties. I'm a bit weary of finding fun people to play with, and the moment they realize I'm old enough to be their Mom, they distance themselves from me like I have the plague. I'm easy-going and pretty casual in my game play, and always like to make friends in-game. I live in the central time zone, have a flexible enough schedule that you will see me on during the day and evenings, but I don't stay up all-night playing like I used to do.
