[Chrono Gear]

Hi folks, I'm hoping to find some mature gamers and figured I'd try here. A little about me first:

I'm 26 years old and have been playing video games since I was in diapers. My first console was an Intellivision that I wish my parents didn't throw away when I was too young to do anything about it. Since then I've been collecting and playing almost every major console. I have somewhere in the ballpark of 700+ games from nearly every generation of hardware.

I'm a recent recovering WoWaholic and have been slowly getting back into games from the current generation. At the moment I am concurrently playing through Crackdown (would love to find someone to do coop stuff with), Alan Wake, and 3D Dot Game Heroes. Going to be playing ModNation Racers this week and this is the primary reason for me looking for some new friends at the moment. My local friends don't play many games if at all so my friend's lists are bare. My XBL list has a ton of people that used to play during the Xbox days and didn't continue on into the 360 like I did.

I'm much more of an online coop player or very friendly competition style person. Midtown Madness 3 was the best online experience for me since everyone pretty much just drove around and chatted and had a good time rather than focused on actually competing.

My Xbox Gamertag is Chrono Gear and my PS3ID is ChronoGear. If anyone is interested just send me a friend request and let me know you're from the site. Especially if your looking to play PS3-I get lots of random friend requests from idiots that get my ID mixed up with a youtuber that has an almost identical gamertag (Chrono_Gear). I've asked him to clarify for his fans so they stop bothering me, but I still get them. As such I have to deny any blank requests.

One final piece of info that might be of interest: I have been hardcore into iPhone (or in my case iPod) gaming and have been writing for an iDevice gaming site for a little while now. If you want to check out my work here's a link. I really enjoy having this creative outlet, as my life has been particularly dull as of late.

As far as why I wanted to join, quite simple really: I'm hoping to find some mature gamers that won't harass and insult at every turn whether they are winning or not. Thanks to the mass market that has exploded onto online gaming I don't feel it's going to be fruitfull to just enter random games in hopes of finding some nice people to play games with.

Sorry if that ends up being TLDR I have a tendency to ramble.
