1st time thread, long time to get here.

I'm a country lad on the outskirts of Melbourne Australia, TOG first came to my attention a few years ago while playing Battlefield 2142, some of the best games were the ones where I might not have many kills but I would have great chats & teamwork.

My time is limited to a few odd hours at night due to the farm, the kids and the occasional social visits, so to be able to mix with similar minded people is of great appeal. I'm probably not your average gamer as I started back when Dungeons & Dragons first came out and you needed lots of different dice and your imagination was paramount. Nowadays my day could invovle shoeing a few horses then loading the tractor on the truck to take a 100Ks down the road then if I'm lucky, sit down at night, put the earphones on (kids are bed by now!) and see what tactics might work tonite.

As a final note,
I think Arnie once said "You don't want to be no girlieman"
