[DONE] Rejoining under a different alias

I've been a member of theoldergamers for a couple of months but I thought it would be a good idea to join under my ingame alias - smilier.

My other "alias" is cgf but I'd like to retire that in favor of smilier.

This is my first experience with a MMORPG and I'm really enjoying participating in guild sieges and quests.

Rather than starting a whole new account , why not request a name change on your old one. You can request a name change in The Desk forum

Yeah, that is the best option. Have a read of this thread first though, as it shows how best to make the application.

smilier, if you post up in The Desk forum, an Admin will be able to delete your old account and you can use this one going forward. If you prefer though, this account could be deleted and your old one renamed

...I must have done something wrong because both accounts are still active and I don't see my message.

I just asked to have the current smilier account deleted and cgf renamed to smilier.

Should I have sent two separate requests maybe?

yeah... unfortunately the admin are only human... dumb humans and their need for sustenance

- that's pretty much it. Admin's have a lot more to deal with than Moderators, so sometimes it takes them a bit to get to a request.
