Hello

My character name would be Mubar and I’m applying for a membership to be able to play with ToG in Aion.

I’ll blather a little bit about myself and other stuff. I’m 30 and from Finland. I’ve succesfully avoided the soul crushing prison of marriage and kids, which leaves me a lot of free time, especially for games. Games I’ve played for as long as I can remember really. Ex-stepfather used to work at an Nokia Data back in the day (current Fujitsu iirc) and we always had the latest PC hardware at home. And so, a 286 was stuffed in front of my face before I could even read. I’ve mostly played PC games and still consider the 90’s the be the golden era of them, especially when it comes to RPG’s.

Last few years I’ve been playing a little less, mostly sticking to single player sandbox’ish gaming (like M&B Warband or X-series space sims) but also doing occasional MMORPG runs. I’m not going to start listing the mmog’s I’ve played, the list is long and includes most bigger, and some smaller, western ones starting from Kunark era EQ1.

During the last few years, even though I haven’t been a member of ToG, I have seen some form of this community on almost every single mmog I’ve played, and always on the same server as I am. So when I rolled my first char in Aion this morning and decided to take a look at server forums, I saw a ToG recruiting post and figured to finally save myself the effort of hunting a decent mature guild every time I start a new mmog and apply.
