Heya,

I am Michael. I'm 42, married, father of 3 and I am a gamer.

1. What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?

Currently I am playing eve online, but I occasionally play WoW, Fallen Earth and CoH as the mood strikes me. I quit playing wow daily about 8 months ago after 5 years, and I'm waiting with great excitement for Star Wars the Old Republic to ship.

1. What was the first gaming console you own or pen and paper game you played?

First Pen and paper game: Dungeons and Dragons, first edition.
First console game: I got a PONG machine for chrismas in 1975 from sears and roebuck. I threw such a tantrum when I saw it that my mother bought it just to shut me up. by summer I had a callous on my hand from the controller (ergonomics was not invented yet) and I was a confirmed gamer. I still have the PONG machine in my attic, it doesn't work anymore, but I'm still rather fond of it.

1. Why do you want to join TOG?

Because I am sick of smack talking, foul mouthed teenaged punks in every guild/clan I have ever joined in every game. I've spent the last 8 months soloing because its just not worth it to listen to these kids butcher the english language.

1. Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.

I've been all over, but I'm originally from Iowa. I like science fiction quite a lot, and I've read a lot of scifi and played a lot of scifi games over the years. I look forward to retiring so I can do it full time.
