Greetings: I've been playing LOTRO for about 2.5 years, and am looking for a kin that has like-minded (... well, relatively so..

) mature gamers. I began playing MMORPG games nearly 10 years ago. When my older son was but a lad, he started playing EQ. Being the consumate, involved parent, I also started a character, and we frequently played together in that game and later in WoW. , When LOTRO came out, we ended up with 2 accounts, being an ardent Tolkien and Middle Earth fanatic for many years. My older son is currently in graduate school, and now has less time to play. A couple of in-game friends mentioned Osgiliath Guard, and it sounds like a decent group of folks to join up with. I am hoping that my son will follow suit in the not-to-distant future.
I meet the age requirements by more than a factor of 2, though my wife considers me juvenile on most occasions. We make our home in the inter-mountain west (Utah to be a bit more precise). I love wild things and places, and am fortunate enough to work in a field that lets me explore those entities. I enjoy Middle Earth for the diversion it gives me, and have met many great folks. I am a casual player and enjoy the game and the people far more than the acquisition of levels and status. I look forward to being a part of TOG, both here and in Middle Earth!
