Gday all.

I am a 41yr old ex-army guy living in Perth, Western Australia. I have been playing computer games since I was a kid and the enjoyment I get from them, has never waned. Like many others, probably the first console I remember was the C64 and since that system, just about every other new one that has come along.

I have been very much into sports my whole life. So a lot of the games I have played over the years were in that genre. In the last few years I have been into WOW, BF2, BF2BC just recently, Company of Heroes and have played Aion since release - although I have lost a little interest in that recently. WOW I got into by accident - literally. I fell off a motorbike and was facing over a year off work. I said to the guy in the shop, that I was looking for a game that would take up a lot of my time. He gave me WOW...... the %$@#*!!! I have gone away from it from time to time, but I keep getting sucked back in.

By joining TOG I hope to get to know some like-minded people of my own age - instead of being surrounded by 12 yr olds, whenever I am playing a game. It'll also be great to be able to point at you guys and say to my missus, "See, I aint the only one"!

A little about me. Well, I love sports and the outdoors - camping, fishing etc and I used to do a fair bit of pig hunting in the past as well. I am an Operations Manager for a global logistics company. We moved over from North Queensland to Perth in March this year. We bought 2 American Bulldog pups a few weeks ago and I am getting married next March.
