I have just started playing Bad Company 2 online and noticed your servers and figured it was a perfect fit. I certainly qualify on age and I still have a great enthusiasm for all things gaming, though I have only been playing online for a year. I am not into gaming with ultra competitive 12 year olds strung out on Red Bull, prefer a more mature crowd who are willing to answer some questions from a newbie, noob, or as I think of it, fresh meat for the rest of you to shoot at!

I am an American currently living in Germany so I am on GMT +1 and I have a pretty large amount of time to game. Just got married a couple of years ago (first), no kids, and I am not really allowed to work over here. I had been in the IT world for 6 years before this and have been using this time to knock out all the certifications I can before returning to the states.

Let's face it, gaming and the components that run our rigs are at the cutting edge and it keeps me fresh seeing whats out there and what it can do. I will be peppering the boards with questions since BC2 and COD WAW are really the only games I have played online.

As for my handle, I play under my Grandfather's name, a hard charging Devil Dog who during WW2 earned the Medal of Honor, 5 Purple Hearts, and the Silver Star. I spent my time in the Marines but, now, I just play one on my computer!
