Full membership....given that I'm now apparently on older gamer (when did that happen?) I figure I should apply for full membership. Thankfully that sticky thread seems to have some intro suggestions, so, here I go:


What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?

Currently playing SC2, waiting for Black Ops to come out...I play pretty much anything, but FPS are my specialty.

What was the first gaming console you own or pen and paper game you played?

Oh boy...an old Hanimex game console which was as green as a fake christmas tree and had bright red dials on the green controllers. It had about 5 variations of pong. Pen and paper...warhammer. If I don't count that, then D&D first year uni...only once when I spent all my starting money on a loin cloth and as many chickens as I could afford.

Why do you want to join TOG?

Finally back into PC gaming after playing on consoles for a few years...looking forward to some team FPS gaming.

Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.

28, male, not bald, into all things sciency, bookish (published short stories) and definitely into games. Christmas and birthday presents over the next few years are framed posters of games I've loved over my life so far. Got to love an understanding wife

Also hoping to move into writing game reviews now that I have nearly every piece of current gaming hardware under my belt.
