Seems a few of an old (sadly dead) kinship joined your kin on Elendilmir in LotRO and suggested the rest of us consider coming over.

So specifically, on behalf of myself (Akaraenti, Taracano, Ramja, Ziraktarag, Golmilin, Sula, Barazir and Kibilbund) as well as my brother (Hithuirost, Adthelion, Ambyra, Tolrand, Grimbolin, Urusturg, Annunhul, and Feirmin) and his wife (Wennlinod, Jadalyn and Gilanora), we would like to join the Elendilmir branch of your organization.

Is this enough of the paperwork for all thre of us to apply for The Osgiliath Guard, or do they need to make forum accounts as well?

Applications to join in game guilds/fellowships/etc.. are individual so it would be best for everyone that wants to join to sign up on the tog forums.
When you have been accepted you will see that there is a separate LOTR sub forums for full members, with a server specific sign up thread.

As Cindax says though we need each player to sign up to the TOG community so your brother and wife will need to apply seperately.

When you have access to the forums head on down to the LOTRO forum and pop the names of the characters that want invites in The Osgiliath Guards invite thread.

As Cindax and Markan have said, memberships to TOG require individual applications. We are not a single game specific guild/clan/group but cover all games and membership in TOG itself is what grants the ability to join the in game guild/clan/group that you are trying to..

All that being said,

Welcome to TOG, your application has been reviewed and approved.

You now have full access to all parts of TOG including:

• All TOG member only Forums
• All TOG member only areas of the website
• All TOG member only game divisions
• All TOG game servers

Your membership also includes access to various get-together, events, contests, and other exclusives for this 25 and over only organisation.
