I am a 36 year old male from the north of the UK (Sheffield ish). As I am moving towards middle age I find myself moving away from twitch based games to more MMO's, so I was looking for a more mature guild to play with.

I have been gaming since C64 days as a teenager, but always loved RPG style games. As the years progressed i moved to RTS games such as Warcraft and starcraft, on to FPS games mainly playing the UT series competitively. I have also played alot of MMO games from EQ, Horizons, EQ2, WoW, AoC, War Aion to name a few.

I was hoping to play FFXIV with some of my old FPS clan, as we have been playing for 10 years now, but none of them seem to like the slow and complex game design. I saw The Older Gamers had a linkshell so I was hoping to join, if they have space for a semi-broken older gamer.

I am not really noteworthy, bar my passion for very spicy food and my love of games. Oh and beer of course.
