Because it is great to play with a great group of guys and from my experiences in servers the tog guys are that great group of guys

You did not complete one important section during registration, you can complete it now by editing the three (3) fields listed below in the "Editing Your Details" section of the UserCP. You will find the three (3) fields near the bottom of the form:

1. Are you applying for full TOG Membership?
2. Age Requirement
3. TOG FAQ

These fields must all be set to "yes" for your application to be processed.

i ticked no in the age bracket as i am only 23 years of age.

i didnt want to join as a full member under false pretences thus hoping i could join viz approval...

if you would like i could tick the box if it is cool that i am only 23...

Unfortunately we cannot accept your membership application at this time, because you do not meet the age requirement. You need to be at least 25 to join TOG, and we do not make exceptions.

Thanks for your honesty eAsterbunny. You are more than welcome to continue to use the public forums in TOG, and squad up with TOG members on our servers. We will still be here in two years, and we expect to see your application then. Your honesty regarding your age speaks volumes of what sort of TOG member we look forward to accepting in a couple of years.
