hi Blu hope this helps:If he can do the following.

Set up a new account.

Send a PM to a member of the MOD/Admin team letting them know that he has forgotton his PW and has changed email address.

If he can provide sufficient detail to show he was the owner of the account he can get it reset and the email sorted.
