[DONE] Application for Membership

Hi, I am CaptainZero's wife and would like to apply for membership with The Old Gamers. I am 38 and looking to be around others who know and understand internet etiquette and that there is a real person at the other end.

I have always enjoyed gaming which started with the old 'bat and ball' game on a TV, but this was kept locked in my parents bedroom and was an extreme privilege to ever get to see, let alone use. I also remember playing the hand held Nintendo games, I owned Parachute and Fire Attack. This kept me amused for a while until I had my first ATARI experience. My parents got sick of me drooling over my friends console so they lashed out and got me one. I thought this was just the best thing ever.

CaptainZero is the one who actually introduced me to online gaming. Since then we have played many different online games such as; Thang, Supreme Destiny and Entropia (just to mention a few). I have just come from 5 years of Anarchy Online and currently playing Star Trek Online (as well as the STEAM games Captain mentioned), but keep running in to the same sort of problem. Finding a decent, like minded guild/org/fleet.

You can be surrounded by people in game but it can still lonely and daunting without a home base/community to connect with. Gaming for my husband and I is what we do for entertainment, so the company we keep means a lot to us.
