Hi everyone,
Currentley I have been playing the Rift beta (soon to be open beta) and will be giving that a shot once it goes live. I also play Fallout NewVegas and have the Witcher2 preordered. My daughter and I have accounts in Allods.
I have been gamming for 20 years or so and started MMO's with EQ. I have played mainly RPG's as an extension of my intrest in Pen and Paper RPG's and Board Gamming. The first PC I owned was a SX25 based Acer system which began the upgrade cycle and required learning to write autoexec.bat and config.sys files to play Ultima Underworld Doom and Quake on. I have fond memories of the first time I played Quake on my brand new 3d Graphics accelerator.
I'd like to apply for TOG membership as it seems that you cater to gammers with RL commitments that family lives I'm also looking to find a decent bunch to play Rift with when it goes live.
I am a Dairy farmer and so have seasonal commitments to work which get in the way of recreation at times. We have three teenage daughters and I'm 47.
