[DONE] Application for Membership (DCUO)

Greetings,

I am an over 40 gamer who is looking for mature players that routinely play DCUO. I am an experienced gamer (going back to 2nd Ed AD&D) and I thought I was going to have a bunch of my online friends (most from CoH) migrate over to DCUO. After real life or other games consumed them I am now sitting with a lifetime membership to a game I really like and no one to play it with on a routine basis.

I have 3 level 30 toons I really enjoy playing, an Ice Tank (Wax Wing), a gadgets controller (Odd Ball) and a Sorcery Healer (Lady Dao). I am doing solo dailies and challenge mode runs but at that rate I won't get a set of raid gear for a year. I HATE Pugging (for example I was in a PUG raid last night with 2 Healers that never healed or frequently switched back to DPS mode).

I play on Darkness Falls server and I have used XFire, TS, Vent and Skype to use for communications in gaming. I have an older dedicated computer set off to the side just for 'headsetting'.

Looking for a group of mature gamers that are playing DCUO on a regular basis and can routinely team up for DUOs, Hard Alerts and Raids. Trying to get geared on my own is a pain and I am in a Catch 22 (need to alerts to get the gear, need the gear to do the alerts).

I mostly do PvE but like to PvP from time to time for kicks. Played dozens of online games over the past decade but have learned you can really only enjoy one or two at a time. I want to focus on DCUO since I am really enjoying the game and with a lifetime sub I am not going anywhere anytime soon (SWTOR will get my attention though next year).
