Hey TOG
 Left4Dead*, a bit of SC2, maybe TF2, any co-op type games really. I have a colleague at work who raved about this "Older Gamer" online group. I wondered if I qualified or not b'cos I've slowly fallen behind quite a few notches from being a UT clan member back in the day ([WoA] Warriors of Apocalypse - woot! woot!) - to just a casual gamer now. =( The first game i ever played was on my bro's ZX-48K Spectrum. Jetpack i think it was. Damn evil game. I sure do miss those grey rubbery keys on that little computer. They'd make this rather satisfying dull *plop* sound when pressed. So, I'd really like to join TOG because when I play Left4Dead and voicechat with grey-bearded Bill, he doesn't reply with the high-pitched whine of an 8yr old's voice telling me what to do next.  If you think I could partake in this unique community of weather-beaten gamers and ex-gamers, then I promise not to post nude pics of my pet duck-billed platypus on the open TOG forums.  Thx! |
