[DONE] TOG RIFT Application

Hiya, my name is Jo but I am better known as Saltysally. I am 30, and have only been playing online games for 2 years, but have been playing all kinds of computer and console games for most of my life. My online gaming experience has been limited only to WoW up until the release of RIFT. Within WoW I have been a Guild Master, an officer, and an everyday guild member. I am currently leveling two toons on RIFT, Saltysally a cleric (I have an addiction to healing) and Piara a rogue (I discovered that I like killing things with music in the bard soul is rather a fun and interesting concept). Mostly play Piara atm due to a slight overload with priest/cleric type character playing. I generally play on a daily basis, with the odd Friday or Saturday off for karaoke and real word socialising.

I would like to join TOG because I am sick of being in guilds where there is a lot of juvenile comments and conversations going on. I'm an adult dammit, and as such I like adult conversations with people who have brains and wit hehe! I'd also like to join because a very close friend of mine (Tradjick) is a member and I love playing with him ;^)

Memories of my earliest games include lots of choose your own adventure books played with my brothers, board games like monopoly and trivial pursuit along with board games my dad made up for us, and classic computer games (we had an amstrad when everyone else had a c-64) like ghosts n goblins and grannie's gardens! We also had one of the first portable Mac's that we played (I'm not sure how many other people played these games or know what they were) The Scarab of Ra, and Kar of the Jungle, oh and Mines of Moria. I loved Moria, and was rather excited when I found a copy of it for my Mac in more recent years. Don't hold the fact that I'ma Mac user against me, I also own a windows machine - I'm unbiast lol. Funnily enough RIFT works MUCH better on windows on my Mac than it does on the acer lappy I have!

I'm not sure what else I can tell you about me and my gaming experiences without running this into a long-winded application. Hopefully this is sufficient enough!
