[DONE] THIS looks familiar! (An application)

Well, it's a few days past the ol' mark, but I have officially crossed over the line from semi-crotchety to full-crotchety and am now 25!

Not a whole lot has changed in the three months since I tendered a doomed application, so you'll forgive me if I copy-and-paste a few of the answers.

1:Q:What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?
1:A: This one has changed a bit. I still play Minecraft and can still be seen in Star Wars Galaxies (yes, still shameful, but RP must live on!). I still play Team Fortress 2, Civ 5, Worms Reloaded, and any and all Half-Life games. Add to the list, however, is that I've pre-ordered both Portal 2 and Battlefield 3, the latter of which will be a huge time-hog if it's anything like BF2 (and 1942 before it) in my gaming history.

2:Q:What was the first machine you played games on
2:A: A 286 DOS-based computer with Commander Keen 1 and Space Quest 1 installed. Also, the Kingdom of Kroz, some jungle-jane game that was so very much a copyright violation, and Wolfenstein 3D.

3:Why do you want to join TOG?
3: Foxy (or Nesox...or Kalim...or whatever he calls himself these days) is one of my greatest online buddies and has been for 10+ years. If he says this group is legit, this group is legit. I've always acted twice my age so now it's time I played with people who can act like they aren't prepubescent. I've been seeing more and more childish behavior from people who should know better, and from those who don't, so I need a safe port of call.

4:Q:Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.
4:A: I write novels for a hobby and, hopefully one day, a career. I also make games...or at least I try to. My lovely wife is also a gamer.

I live in The Second Hottest Place This Side Of The Theological Misconception of Hell, also known as Phoenix, Arizona. So nobody better complain about getting too much rain or snow or other moisture from heaven, because I'll hunt you down and steal some of it for my parched self!

Work has increased, and so has my family responsibilities now that my grandfather is suffering from extreme Alzheimer's. This severely restricts my free time. What free time I do have, however, I very much want to spend with quality chaps, and I'm convinced that you guys are it.

And that about wrapped things up! Hans was a mass murderer. (Sorry...random Frasier quotes again...)
