Hello All;

My name is Dave / Usaell. I am a 36 year old gamer. I live in the United States in the Central Time Zone. (-6 GMT)

My primary gaming platforms are: XBOX 360 & occasionally Android.

The Games I play most (right now):
Halo: Reach
Homefront
COD: Black Ops
Two Worlds 2
L4D 2
Dead Rising 2
Red Dead Redemption
(and the list of other games owned is extensive but these are the most played of late)

I also have many of the XBox arcade offerings, my favourites being Magic: The Gathering, Monday Night Combat, and Perfect Dark.

I've been gaming for almost 20 years. My first and earliest memory of playing a video game was of playing an old hand held version of pong that operated off of D batteries and flip switches, with two turn paddles that attached to either side of the "central console"... This was years before my first console (the Atari 2400).

My favourite game from the old days is Yar's Revenge, but my first "coop" or "mulitplayer" form of gaming came in the form of LARPs, like D&D, and Vampire: The Masquerade.

Since those days I have become an avid online console gamer.

I have been searching out a forum or group of older gamers for quite a while. I have a small select group of friends that I game with from time to time, but we are not often online at the same times.

I've found it extremely difficult in growing my friends list mainly based on my refusal to add anyone who is younger than 25. I've tried and tried to give younger gamers the benefit of the doubt, but inevitably I find myself in rooms full of juveniles who I do not identify with at all.

I have been a professional computer network consultant for the last 15 years, and am currently on a year long hiatus for personal reasons, so my gaming schedule is quite flexible.

I'm in desperate need of gamers my own age. I love jumping in a public room and BS as much as the next guy in game chat, but sometimes it's nice to just relax and kick back with some adults and beat up on little kids too.

I'm a very relaxed player with a mediocre skill set. I have good days and bad days. My main motto in consoling is "once you've taken things too seriously, then you've taken them too seriously for me."

I love to joke a lot, but most of all I love to kick back and shoot at some (virtual) things, and have fun doing it.
