Hello everyone My name is Elynnye and I'm a music teacher in a secondary school in Glasgow. I live alone with lots of cats - 9 of my own and up to 30 in total! I run a Cat Rescue Charity with a friend - Cat Concern - and we take in all sorts of cats, some from horrendous backgrounds and try to find them new loving homes. When I'm not teaching or working with the cats I'm playing LOTRO, which is most evenings.
I first got interested in computer games about 10 years ago when somebody bought me a copy of Myst. I played all the Myst related games and met some wonderful people when I signed up for Myst Online Uru Live. When it shut down a couple of years ago a good friend I'd met there recommended LOTRO and I've been there ever since! My main character, Elynnye, a Lore Master, just reached level 65 two days ago - it took me 2 years!! I like to take my time and explore places and learn my skills. I have 5 other alts - Moiety, Porphyry, Cupotea, Lollersly and Bonkbuttercups.
I would like to join the kin that my friend Gilophen is in - he's told me there are lovely people in there who really just enjoy playing the game and this is what I'm looking for. I like to chat to people as well as helping others at lower levels than me. I've frequently needed advice over the months and it's great to be able to both help those that need it and to ask more experienced players than myself when I am stuck!
