1) What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?

a) immediately looking to play Rift (as that will dominate my gaming for the next month or 2).

b) potentially might look at joining TOG in WoW too, but ATM I'm done with WoW until 4.1 is released (and even then RIFT might hold sway over my time).

c) into the future... not sure but other gaming interests include Mass Effect series (XBOX) and Diablo 3 when released.


2) What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?
Pen and Paper... lol... yes I gave that a trial with some mates in my youth, but 1st gaming machine was the good old Commodore 64. Mega Giana Sisters, Defender of the Crown, D&D: Pool of Radiance, D&D: Curse of Azure Bonds, Gunship and other war strategy games.


3) Why do you want to join TOG?
For mature players (I am obviously mature without taking myself too serious... more of a goof and enjoy the "fun" element of gaming rather then "achievement" element). ToG seems like a good sized and stable guild to build friendships within.

4) Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.
Australian based (Adelaide) so am looking to game with those who play at aussie peak times (weekends and weeknights). Professionally employed. Like guilds/players who understand RL happens and takes priority. I prefer gaming over TV (tired of crime/law/hospital/reality shows). Enjoy AFL football and basketball. Very happily married to a Canadian and have 2 Sons. Lived in Canada for 14 months (about 4 years ago). Just got back from a 3 week trip to Mauritius, Morocco and Dubai (hence the delay in buying Rift).

In terms of MMOs... like most I have mainly played WoW on and off for 5 years. Mainly as Hunters but also a Mage and Warrior. Also played AoC for a good 6 months and REALLY REALLY enjoyed that game and the world. Just a pity no-one else played it and they had launch issues. I still think it has some of the best MMO features around. BTW I am mainly a PvE type player and only play PvP now and then.
